JAKE'S NOTES: Côtes de Provence Rosé generally is one of the best deals you can find in all the world of wine: a fine wine, grown and produced with tight French regulations, at a low price. It's the red lover's white wine, and good ones show surprising complexity. The mouthfeel here is silky and sumptuous. Outstanding example of a Côtes de Provence. Under $20.
